Dan has been involved in the general aviation industry since 1966. A student of Aviation Operations and Management at San Jose State University, beginning as an airline passenger service agent and flight instructor Dan went on to manage the nation’s largest wholesale distributorship of Piper airplanes (ATCO). That position led to placement with Piper Aircraft Corporation as Sales Administrator for the U.S. Western Region, after which Dan Jay Aircraft Sales, was born in 1994. With ATP, MEL, SEL, SES, CFI, CE500, CE 525S ratings Dan has accumulated over 14,000 flight hours in an untold number of aircraft and is well-equipped to relate and recommend the right airplane for the mission, be it business or pleasure.
